Marine Flak-Schule I  (Naval AAW-School I)

Boat "S 18" was reconstructed as fast tug "Herold" in 1942 and transferred to Marine Flak-Schule I (Navy AAW School I), Swinemünde, on 22.02.1943.

She was sunk on 05.05.1945 by fighterbombers in the western entrance to Smålandsfarvandet. Since the RAF performed their last operation on 04.05.1945 it must be assumed that it were Soviet aircraft.
