With judgement of 12 May 1998 the Landgericht Hamburg (county court) has decided that by installation of a link the contents of a linked Page in certain cases have to be taken in one's own responsibility. That can, so the court, only be avoided by explicit declaration that one is disassociating oneself from these contents.

We, therefore, declare explicetly that we do not have whatsoever influence on layout and contents of pages sat link to. For that reason we declare herewith that we do not make contents of the linked pages of our own. This declaration is valid for all contents of those pages that the banners shown by us lead to.
