S-Boats in the Estonian Navy 1995 - 2008

After the collapse of the Warshaw Pact the three Baltic States built up own forces.

The young Latvian Navy in 1995 got ex "Traust" of Storm-class from Norway. The boat was delivered without firecontrol-system and without Penguin-starters and got the indicator P04 and the name "Bult"in Latvia

2001 Latvia got three more boats of Storm-class from Norway, P 01 "Zibens" (ex-Djerv), P02 "Lob" (ex-Hvars), and P 03 "Linga" (ex-Gnist).
