Specials

This ship is the former passenger motor ship "Hammershus", which was built in 1936. She served as S-boat auxiliary ship from May 1944 til the end of the war. After the end of the war she was given back to Denmark, she sailed initially as ferry and was reconstructured as Submarine-Tender and commissioned as  "Hendrik Gerner"  (A 542) for the Royal Danish Navy.
